October 2005
It's been another busy period we've been producing loads of new custom packages for Connect FM and Lite FM plus a number of BBC stations as well as organising the PAMS resigns for Richard Bacon's Drive time show on Capital FM. We've also got a number of new customs coming up in the next few months, including a new package for a UK radio group. Keep checking back for more information.

S2blue jingles on Radio 4
Steve took part in BBC Radio 4's documentary on jingles Don't touch that dial'. Steve was interviewed about the role of radio ID jingles in the UK , there were also excerpts from one of our vocal sessions and sung name idents. We were also given the mission of creating a jingle for on of Radio 4's most popular programmes, the Today programme.

Steve has worked with the BBC for many years, creating loads of custom ID packages for regional station including the recent packages for BBC Radio Cornwall, Gurnesy and Oxford and is currently working on a number of packages for the Beeb at the moment.

The programme was aired in January 2005 and was well received. As well as Steve's interviews and the Today jingle we also provided the sung name checks.

Steve England Joins S2Blue (PDF)	The company recently welcomed Steve England Studios to the S2Blue family, giving us a good mixture of expertise and experience to complement our youthful ideas and creative know-how.
New packages (PDF)	S2Blue have produced a package for The Most Wanted, the newest syndicated UK chartshow. The package has a very fresh feel, with some very contemporary tracks and some cracking soloists. The nature of The Most Wanted meant that we had to produce a unique sound that would fit in well with the format of the show. We were pleased with the results, as were Fusion and Listen 'Ear, who are jointly producing The Most Wanted. S2Blue’s Middle Eastern Partnership (PDF)	S2Blue, the freshest Audio Branding and Production Company in the UK, have signed an exclusive deal with One Creative in the Middle East.
State of the art studios move into Leek (PDF)	The work on Overton Bank House in Leek has been obvious to all that have been past in the last 6 months, well the work is finally over and Leek has it’s first state of the art recording studio.

S2blue on film
Earlier this year we were filmed as part of a planned documentary on jingles/jingle collectors. As one of the most experienced and knowledgeable jingle producers in the UK Steve was questioned on his work in the jingle field.

The documentary is being produced by Robin Hollings.
